As a rock-climbing and mountaineering instructor, Sue Frederick honed her teaching, mentoring and coaching skills while leading extreme survival courses through the Colorado Rockies for Outward Bound. Sue is masterful at moving people through fears and doubts and toward the life they deserve. As a former Vice President of Content for Healthshop.com (the leading natural health website) and Delicious Living Magazine, she mastered the intricacies of corporate survival and helps her clients navigate corporate transitions.
Education:
Author Sue Frederick's work, described as "a breath of fresh air" and "an enlightened new perspective," has been featured in Yoga Journal, Natural Health and Nexus Magazines. She's a frequent guest on radio shows and has presented workshops at venues such as The Crossings Retreat Center, World Wellness Weekend, American Business Women's Association, and the National Career Development Association. Her books include Dancing at Your Desk: A Metaphysical Guide to Job Happiness, Top Ten Reasons to Stop Facing Reality and BrilliantDay: 7 Solutions to Turn Your Life Around. She's also the founder of BrilliantWork and The Giggle Dream Foundation. Sue holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri, is a Certified Creative Arts Therapist, Certified AMS Montessori Teacher, and a trained Outward Bound Survival instructor.

I Interviewing Dean Radin, author of Entangled Minds (also in the movie, What the Bleep Do We Know), for my new book – Top Ten Reasons to Stop Facing Reality. Dean is one of the brilliant scientists of our time and has spent 20 years in the lab proving that our thoughts have energy to affect matter and to affect each other.
Most Unique Adventure:
Teaching mountaineering courses for Colorado Outward Bound School and living and working in Mexico for two years.
